Photos: 60-year-old man who has gone without sex for 20 years says he wants one last 'poke' before he dies

60-year-old Madala Sello Manzini, who claims he has gone for the last 20 years without sex said he is tired of living as all his girlfriends either die or leave him before they could have sex. Sello, from Jerusalem squatter camp in Roodepoort, Joburg told Daily Sun his days are numbered. "My wish is to have one last poke before I leave this world." he said.
He said he thinks he was bewitched when he was 40 years old and living in Germiston, Ekurhuleni.

"I had a girlfriend and I thought we would get married. I had a good job and everything was fine."

But his girlfriend fell ill and died in November 1996.

"We had planned to get married in December that same year. I mourned her death for some time. Years later I started looking for a partner but I never found one."

He said he moved to Orange Farm, south of Joburg and found a girlfriend.

"We never had sex but things were looking good." But one day he came home to find he had been thrown out of his shack. "I left Orange Farm and lost contact with my girlfriend."

He moved to Mofolo, Soweto where after five years, he again met a woman, but she was run over and died.

"We were still getting to know each other. We never had sex."

He moved to a run-down house in Snake Park, Soweto and fixed the house but he was evicted there as well.

"I had met a woman and things were promising but I had to move."

He said he is in Jerusalem now, but he thinks he might die before he gets a woman. A Sangoma, Jabulani Mthimkhulu said the madala should have held a cleansing ceremony after his first girlfriend died.

"It seems like her spirit is following him and is very jealous. He won’t have any woman in his life unless he does a cleansing."

Nigeria should embrace farming as a profitable business — Denmark

Nigeria should embrace farming as a profitable business — Denmark

ON DECEMBER 6, 2016

Mr Jacob Erikstrup, Minister Counsellor at the Royal Danish Consulate-General in Lagos, on Tuesday said that it was imperative for Nigeria to begin to see farming as a profitable business.

Erikstrup told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that farming needed to be upgraded and made attractive to young Nigerians, like every other profitable businesses and employment opportunities.

“Nigeria needs to begin to turn her farming into profitable business as engagements that would also be able to provide adequate food for her population.

“We know that from nature, Nigeria is a rich country. The potential is really here for this country to produce enough food for herself. But, this potential is not adequately being utilised.

“Nigeria urgently needs a lot of knowledge-building and a lot of investments to fully harness opportunities in farming,’’ he said.

Erikstrup said that he had observed a concentration of Nigerian farmers in the cities, adding that such situation was unhealthy for any country that was really ready to engage in farming.

The Minister Counsellor said that farmers in his country were mostly found in the ‘countryside’, where they had over the years continued to actively engage themselves in different forms of farming.

Erikstrup said that it was also imperative for the Nigerian government to create the enabling environment for encouraging more young Nigerians into farming in the rural communities.

“Nigeria needs to begin to attract more young farmers to the countryside, so as to be able to boost her farming and food production.

“Nigerian Governments should make farming attractive to young Nigerians.

“These young Nigerians should be provided with good incentive. They should be well-paid and made to live in decent apartments, and be able to provide for their families,’’ he added.

Igbonla Kidnap: Lagos Deputy Gov, Adebule

Igbonla Kidnap: Lagos Deputy Gov, Adebule
visits school, says Govt on top of situation
Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr Idiat Oluranti
Adebule on Thursday visited Igbonla Senior
and Junior Model College in the suburb of Epe
where four students and two teachers were
kidnapped by a gang of suspected Ijaw
militants, just as she assured that government
would work assiduously to ensure prompt
rescue of the victims.
The kidnappers, numbering about seven, had
invaded the school premises at about 8am
when students were having a special session
at the hall and shut sporadically into the air
before kidnapping the victims, which included
a vice principal and head teacher.
Adebule, who was accompanied by top
government functionaries and head of security
agencies to the school, condemned the act,
but pleaded with parents and families of the
victims to cooperate with government and
security agencies in ensuring prompt rescue of
the victims.
While addressing hundreds of parents who had
come to the school to remove their children,
the Deputy Governor said such would not help
the situation as panicking would further
compound the situation.
She said: “It is true that in the last 29 years
that this school was established, we have
never experienced such a thing like this, but
now that it has happened and it is confronting
us, we must come together to find a lasting
solution to it. We, as government, parents, the
school and security agencies, must remain
united to solve this problem.
“I know you are angry, I know you are worried
and I know you are agitated, but we must look
for solution. But I plead for the understanding
of parents in this matter. I know how
traumatic it could be, I know how emotional
the issue we are discussing could be, but the
best we can do is to handle it with care and
with utmost wisdom that God can give us.
“It is God who secures, it is God who protect
and even in other climes where you have
everything, you still have this type of incursion
once in a while, but what we should be talking
about is how can we collectively solve this
problem,” the Deputy Governor said.
She assured that the State Government would
do everything humanly possible to ensure the
rescue of the victims, assuring that a team of
security operatives would stay behind in the
school to secure the students and teachers.
She also revealed that all security agencies
including the Police, Air Force, Navy, the Army
and others have been fully mobilized to
ensure rescue of the victims, just as she
expressed confidence in the success of the
ongoing rescue operation.
On his part, Lagos State Commissioner of
Police, Mr. Fatai Owoseni assured the parents
and families of the victims that the rescue
operation already launched would be the
shortest in the history of the Command.
While soliciting for the support of the parents,
Owoseni said security agencies were already
in custody of useful leads, adding that there
was a strong hope of rescuing the victims.
“All I just want to say for now is that you have
to work with us. What we also need from you
is your prayers. We will seek your
understanding and for now, I will not reveal
much because as we speak, there are agents
of the kidnappers here and they will reveal
whatever we say here to them.
“We have a government in Lagos State that is
ready to go all out and I can assure you that
this will be the shortest rescue operation that
we will carry out. We will do everything we
need to do to secure the release of the
victims,” the CP said.

Love in the air, wrong intention women possess in relationships

Wrong intentions of the women:.

When a guy approaches, it’s either for; 1. Love 2. Sex 3. Friendship But most times women fail to believe a man is either approaching for love, so in their heart they convince themselves that he's either approaching for sex without even placing the friendship as an option at all.
When this happens because women want LOVE they substitute the man's intention for theirs, failing to first establish what the man's intentionis. When they do this it gives them a sense of control, making them believe no matter what the man's intention is, they can overcome it with certain resistance, which may be not giving in to sex or not showing too much love or hiding how they truly feel thinking when they do this the man will finally change his intention to loving them even if what the man wants is sex.
The woman wants love;the man wants sex, so as the woman is putting all in place to change the man's intention to loving her so also the manis putting everything in place to make sure the woman gives in to sex.
The man begins to observe all protocol and in observing this protocol, the woman starts thinking the man is finally falling in line with her own intention which is love, making him love her.

When she's now convince that the man has finally giving in to her desire she then decides to give him sex, forgetting that she gave sex based on her own convictions and not base on the love the man is giving, her conviction in this case is what she now believes to be love.
So when she gives sex, the man is now getting what he wants and in turn since he has gotten what he wants he decides to move on with his life and the woman is left heart-broken, trying to blame the fault on the man, forgetting that they both have different intention.
She substituted the man’s own intention for the love she wants failing to first establish what the man's original intentions are, which has made her overlooked all the fact.
This is why when men dump women, women keep wondering why. Always see relationship beyond sex, don't ever think you can change a man's intention through manipulation, if your intentions are both different it’s safer and better to let go from the onset.

I always count this saying to be very invalid which "Saying if a man truly loves you he will wait till marriage before getting sex " It does not make sense at all. Thinking his waiting means love shows you need to re-evaluate yourself.

Here are the brilliant Nigerians working with Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook

Here are the brilliant Nigerians working with Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook

It’s no longer news that the founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg is in Lagos, Nigeria.

His first stop was the Co-Creation Hub, in Yaba where he watched children learning to code and interacted with at least 50 local startup founders and developers. More impressively, he trekked over 2km through the streets of Yaba to get to Andela, the talent accelerator he recently invested $24 million in.

Mark Zuckerberg walks the streets of Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria

Today Wednesday, he hosted a live Q&A session with selected developers and entrepreneurs, but not before he was “spotted” jogging on the Lekki Ikoyi bridge.

But if there’s anything most exciting about Mark Zuckerberg’s surprise visit, it’s the fact that he chose Nigeria as his first destination in Sub-Saharan Africa. This is more than enough validation for the Nigerian technology ecosystem

Without a doubt, Mark Zuckerberg is beginning to take Nigeria seriously. But that didn’t happen suddenly. You’ll find proof  in the increasing number of Nigerians on his payroll.

Chukwuemeka Afigbo

Chukwuemeka Afigbo joined Facebook from Google, where he served until 2015 before being replaced by Aniedi Udo-Obong.

Afigbo currently manages Strategic Product Partnerships for Facebook in Sub-Saharan Africa and has been instrumental in Mark Zuckerberg’s Nigeria tour.

Ime Archibong

Ime Archibong is the Director, Strategic Partnerships at Facebook, where he leads a team working to connect Facebook’s products and strategies with various business partners.

Archibong and his team have worked on everything related to Facebook including the Messenger app. Prior to joining Facebook, Ime was an Advanced Technology Business Development Professional at IBM.

Nmachi Jidenma

Nmachi Jidenma manages Payments and Commerce Partnerships for Facebook Global, right from the heart of San Francisco Bay Area.

With previous experiences working at PayPal, Google and JP Morgan, she also happens to be the founder of CPAfrica.

Ebele Okobi

Ebele Okobi has headed Public Policy for Facebook in Africa for the past 2 years. She was the former Global Head & Senior Legal Director, Human Rights for Yahoo!

Laurence Aderemi

Laurence Aderemi built Moni, a person-to-person money transfer app, which won the 2013 edition of start with e-novation.

Apparently, his competence got the attention of Mark Zuckerberg, who hired him to head Payments and Commerce Partnerships for Facebook Global.

Morin Oluwole

Having been raised in Nigeria but lived in 3 continents, Morin Oluwole is a polyglot — she speaks about 5 languages. This is probably why she sealed a role as the Chief of Staff, VP Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook.

Lauryn (Hale) Ogbechie

Lauryn Ogbechie (L)

Lauryn Ogbechie leads a Strategic Partnership team within Facebook’s Global Platform Partnerships organisation in Menlo Park, CA. In this role she partners with mobile developers to help them build, grow and monetise their apps through the integration of Facebook platform products.

Prior to Facebook, Ogbechie worked as a digital organiser for President Obama’s re-election campaign.

Francis Ebong

Francis Ebong joined Facebook in November 2015 where he has since acted in the capacity of Director, Online Operations. Francis is a graduate of The George Washington University.

Teniola Adedipe

Teniola Adedipe

Prior to joining Facebook, Teniola Adedipe served in two capacities within Konga, in the space of 14 months. She started out as the Head, Merchandise Planning in January 2014, she then went on to become Associate Director, Retail Operations.

Teniola Adedipe is now the Program Manager, Deal Desk & Global Agency at Facebook, New York City area.

Monica Ugwi

Still relatively new at the company, Monica Ugwi works with the Product Operations division of Facebook. Prior to that, she was an Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

A graduate of Computer Science, Ugwi also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ibrahim Shekoni

Ibrahim Sekoni is Facebook’s Product Specialist at San Francisco Bay Area. His previous experience no doubt played a huge role in blending him into Facebook.

Prior to joining Facebook, he was the Mobile Product Manager at optionXpress where he managed the top-rated mobile trading App across multiple Mobile platforms. He also worked as a Business Analyst at Phoenix bits LTD overseeing various operations. He joined Facebook in April 2015.

Olaoluwa Okelola

Olaoluwa Okelola is one of the few Nigerian-born software engineers at Facebook.

Having completed his secondary education at the International School Ibadan, Okelola proceeded to Avi-Cenna International School and Howard University, Washington DC, to complete his secondary and university education respectively. He then joined Microsoft as Explorer Intern in January 2005 and left in August the same year for Google where he worked as an Engineering intern from May 2006 until August 2006.

Okelola joined Facebook in 2007 and has been there ever since.

Barbara Mbanefo

Barbara Mbanefo is another Nigerian-born software Engineer at Facebook, where she develops iOS applications that help businesses connect with their customers.

Isaac Nwokocha

After obtaining a First Class degree in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2010, Isaac Nwokocha tried his hands out on entrepreneurship; he co-founded two startups, including real-time road traffic web app, TrafficDey.

Probably deciding he had had enough of entrepreneurship, Nwokocha proceeded to Stanford for a Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering. No sooner had he completed his Masters Degree than he secured a role as a Product Data Integrity, Community Operations/Project Manager at Facebook.

Michael Awotedu

Armed with an MBA in Finance (summa cum laude) from the University of Tampa John H. Sykes College of Business, Michael Awotedu works in Risk Program Management at Facebook where he helps to facilitate strategy, and execution for Risk Management on products like FB games, Oculus VR and Ads.

Prior to Facebook, Awotedu oversaw Risk Management for Walmart’s $30 billion check cashing portfolio.

PS: I happen to know Michael Awotedu personally, as he hails from my alma mater — Federal Government College, Odogbolu (I couldn’t resist the temptation to let you in on that).

Federal Government Directs Banks To Stop Sacking Workers

Federal Government Directs Banks To Stop Sacking Workers

The federal government has directed banks, insurance and financial institutions to immediately suspend the ongoing retrenchment in the financial sector.

Chris Ngige, minister of labour and employment, gave the directive in Abuja on Friday, saying his office had received several complaints from those affected by the development.

Ngige said any action taken in that regard would be seen as illegal, saying a meeting on the way forward would be held on July 2 with all parties.

The statement reads: “Following spate of petitions and complaints from stakeholders in the banking, insurance and financial institutions, I hereby direct the suspension of the on-going retrenchment pending the outcome of the conciliatory meetings in the industry.

“This is as a result of the apprehension by my office of the various disputes in the sector in accordance and in compliance with the provisions of the labour laws of Nigeria.

“In this wise, all the retrenchments and redundancies done in the last four months and all proposed ones should be put on hold pending the outcome of the proposed stakeholders’ summit for the banking, insurance and financial institutions’ employers and employees, slated for July 2.”

Anita Joseph Brags; Men are Mastur-bating with My Hot Photos, I guess she is crazy

When a lady, who will be a mother tomorrow, decides to be living a care-free lifestyle that will, in her thinking, make some irresponsible men to use her pictures to mastur-bate and she is very proud to speak about it openly, it sure tells you the level of morals such a lady operates on.

No amount of enjoyment in this world is worth destroy your destiny for, but some will not listen. In a recent chat, Nollywood actress Anita Joseph brags about her raunchy photos. Her words:

“I just joined Instagram in April and I have been very active. I am aware that a picture I posted that showed my cleavage attracted a lot of attention. Some Nigerians are hypocrites and pretenders. A lot of them used that picture to masturbate and feel good..."

- If you think this is the best way to live, then keep enjoying yourself!
