BREAKING: FG Government Deploys Soldiers To Aba, Warns Miscreants
The Federal Government has deployed over five hundred soldiers to Aba to curtail the raging effect of the protest ongoing in Abia south part of the state.
A circular sighted by this media platform directed the immediate deployment of troops to arrest any breakdown of law and order, warning the protesters and their sponsors to stay clear of the major roads and Public places.
The Judgment Of The appeal court sitting in Owerri had Sacked the governor of the state who won election under PDP declaring his mandate illegal and ordering the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to swear in his main challenger and a popular Banker Dr Alex Otti of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA which sparked off the protest.
But some Abians who spoke with McBlog, stated the the protest was misinformed as the court didn't disenfranchise the People of Osisioma, Obingwa and Ugwunnagbo as being misinterpreted by the protesters.
Meanwhile reports coming from the area suggest that the people of the area are being subjected to hardship, extortion and bullying by the protesters.
