Dickson of the PDP Declared Winner of Bayelsa Guber Election
The INEC returning officer for Bayelsa State governorship election has declared Seriake Dickson of PDP as winner of the highly contentions guber poll in the state. But there is issue of over 53,000 invalid votes which is above the difference between PDP and APC candidates. Matter for the court.

APC - 86, 852
PDP - 134, 998
