CLASSROOM ACTIONS TO TAKE THIS YEAR, NO 1, IS A GAME CHANGER

Every new year comes with a new perspective, most times we set goals and strategic for attaining or improving certain aspects of our life's

As a teacher, we also are not exempted from setting goals and preparing strategic plans to achieving successful academic term. I belief we all pass through much to educate children most especially taking up their shortcomings.

This new term, there are some strategic actions we can employ in our classroom that can revolutionize our class.

1. Create a friendship relationship with your students - normally it should be called students-teacher relationship, however this conotes different meaning to different teachers, what I mean is that see them more as a tools to pass knowledge, This could be inform of positive words and engaging personal discussion such as 

how are they doing?, are you alright?, what do they think of something that involves them and much more?.

2. Eliminate corporal punishment - there are other means of correcting a student from cane, slapping, verbal insult e.t.c, look for other means and employ it, most especially student's who are naughty in my class are engage more so as to keep them occupied.

3. Minimize individual learning - try to promote learning as a group, group learning has been a game changer in my class. It builds academic excellent, cooperation and life skills that could not be taught individually.

All these can improve your class this term. Do have a wonderful term.
